Refund & Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. This page explains what happens when a booking is cancelled, by you or by us. Cancellation charges exist because train and flight tickets and hotel rooms are paid for in advance and the suppliers keep part of that money; we never charge more than what we cannot recover plus the service fee below.
Cancellation by you
Send the cancellation in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail) from the number or address used for the booking. The date we receive it decides the charge:
| Days before departure | Charge on the package price |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more | Service fee of ₹500 per person, plus non-refundable ticket and hotel charges, if any |
| 15 to 29 days | 25%, or the actual non-refundable charges if higher |
| 7 to 14 days | 50%, or the actual non-refundable charges if higher |
| Less than 7 days, or no-show | 100% – no refund |
Group tours with special fares, festival-season departures and international packages may carry different terms; these are written in your quote and take precedence.
Train and flight tickets
Railway tickets are refunded according to Indian Railways rules at the time of cancellation; airline tickets according to the airline's fare rules. We pass on exactly what the carrier refunds, less any charge they levy.
Unused services
If you leave a tour early, skip a sightseeing day or do not use a hotel night, no refund is due for the unused part, since the supplier has already been paid.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a departure – for example because the minimum group size is not reached – you choose between a full refund of everything paid to us and a transfer to another date or tour. If a trip is cut short by weather, strikes, restrictions or similar events outside anyone's control, we refund whatever the suppliers return to us.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account or UPI ID the payment came from, within 7–10 working days of our confirming the amount. Refunds that depend on railways or airlines are paid after the carrier releases them.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book. We would rather explain a charge in advance than argue about it later.
